Changes to authorisations in the Business E-services section

If you are not a private entrepreneur, the Managing Director of a company, or a member of the company with signatory rights, you will need a separate Suomi.fi e-Authorization to carry out certain actions in the Business E-services section of Job Market Finland. One existing authorisation has been extended, and a new authorisation has also been introduced.
Until now, the authorisations in the Business E-services section have been
- “Management of job advertisements”,
- “Examination of jobseeker information and contacting applicants”, and
- “Updating the description of job provider”.
With the “Management of job advertisements” authorisation, an authorised person has been able to edit, publish, and unpublish job postings. This authorisation has now been extended so that the authorised person can also manage postings for pay subsidy, work try-out, and presentation positions in addition to job postings.
A completely new authorisation is “Managing personnel changes”. Previously, reporting personnel changes and processing the related information was possible either with other authorisations, or as a private entrepreneur, Managing Director, or member of the company with signatory rights. In the future, you will need the “Managing personnel changes” authorisation to carry out these actions.
If you are a private entrepreneur, the Managing Director of a company, or a member of the company with signatory rights, you can use all functions of our service on behalf of your company without a separate authorisation.
