An agricultural worker is an employee hired by a farm who carries out farm-related tasks under the guidance of a supervisor or an agricultural entrepreneur. Agricultural workers are mainly employed on larger farms. The profession requires knowledge and competence in farm work, as well as independence and the ability to work cooperatively.
