Chatbot Tarmo

Tarmo is the chatbot used by Job Market Finland. It allows customers to search for information on the content provided by Job Market Finland.

The purpose of the chatbot is to make using the website easier. The chatbot’s conversation history stores the search terms and phrases entered by the customer. The purpose of storing the data is to ensure that customers using the chatbot at Job Market Finland receive the right answers and high-quality service. No personal data is stored on the chats, as the application automatically anonymises them. Discussions will be kept in the system for 180 days.

The chatbot may also provide links to questionnaires where you can give feedback. The data collected through the chatbot is used for developing the performance of the tool and the services provided, as well as for training customer service personnel.
